悼念林冠華 反課綱群眾集結教育部

反課綱學生自殺身亡，30日晚間，上百名反課綱群眾教育部前哀悼，一度還衝到一旁的立法院，要求召開臨時會，立委聯署廢課綱，約一小時後又返回教育部。民進黨立院黨團總召柯建銘也現身會場，承諾31日將和立法院長王金平溝通，進行朝野協商，希望撤回課綱。(陳映竹報導)

避免723夜闖教育部再度發生，教育部四周部屬重重警力。反課綱群眾則是在教育部前，大唱生日快樂歌，哀悼在生日當天自殺的林冠華，並在現場擺起靈堂，焚燒印有吳思華肖像的海報、冥紙，抗議群眾們中途還轉戰立法院，佔據入口處，訴求「即刻召開臨時會、立委連署廢課綱。」

民進黨立法院黨團總召柯建銘、台聯黨團總召賴振昌都到現場聲援，柯建銘承諾，「將要求王院長進行朝野協商，召開臨時會，要求撤課綱、吳思華下台。」

教育部主秘王俊強表示，課綱微調過程一切合法、依照程序，教育部的立場很清楚，就是新舊課綱、新舊教科書併行。課綱修訂不須立法院同意，群眾們訴求召開臨時會，提升到法律位階，也是另一種途徑。
